At British Parts we always hope that you will be happy with your purchases, However we know that sometimes you will need to return or cancel an item and like most companies we do have procedures which must be followed when returning unwanted parts or faulty components purchased from us so before returning any parts to us please read our instructions below and our Terms & Conditions.
To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your account please follow the guidelines below, should you need to return a part that has been supplied by this company please print a copy of our returns form below
RETURNING UNWANTED PARTS
You can return unwanted parts for credit refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery providing you complete the returns form in full and enclose it with a copy invoice together with the unwanted parts you want to return. It is your responsibility to ensure that the parts you are returning are complete with all packaging and instructions, securely packed so they will not get damages and are suitable for resale.
Please note we will not process any items returned outside of the 14 day period
Regardless we do not accept liability for any items damaged, lost or stolen whilst being returned to our works
We are unable to accept for credit refund or exchange any non stocked product that we have specially ordered or manufactured on your behalf
Cancellation Rights, Returns and Refunds
All sales with British Parts are subject to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
Please note the customer or purchaser is responsible for the costs of all returns regardless for the reason for return it is the customers responsibility to ensure the safe and damage free return of any components being returned. No credit refund or exchange will be issued if the parts returned are damaged, incomplete as sold
